Logistics Manager
Position: Logistics Manager
Location: Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays proactively
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across systems
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and carriers to manage logistics operations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory levels
- Generate reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and inventory trends
- Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics best practices
- Communicate updates clearly with internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, NetSuite, SAP)
- Familiarity with logistics or inventory management systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
