Role Summary:
Overall responsibility of servicing the assigned customer accounts. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Achieve year over year business and profit growth.
Qualification: Engineering graduate
Experience- At least 4 years’ experience in sales with minimum 2 years in Electronics Industry.Basic Electronic and mechanical Engineering knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities
· Design-in Molex products in customer’s end products – both existing and new customers
· Responsible for growing business profitably from assigned customer base.
· Grow CRM pipeline consistently to support business growth
· Help customers in selecting right connectors for their application, provides samples and quote, negotiate and win business for Molex.
· Develop good working relationship with customers and pursue higher business allocation
· Build account strategy for good prospective accounts
· For any new product or solutions opportunity, provide PDR requests for new product developments
· Organise concall with customers and Product Division for resolution of technical queries
· Organise sales promotion activities as and when required
· Take support from DSM on need basis for closures of contracts and business negotiation with assigned accounts
· Design-in and transfer of CRM to manufacturing locations for design accounts
· Support Molex internal process by following approved policies and procedures
· Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Skills Required
· Good communication skills – Both verbal and writing
· Good inter personal skills that demonstrate ability to build rapport with external and internal contacts
· Ability to gather competition activities at assigned accounts and advise Sales management
· Exposure to customer application
