We are building AI-powered technology to support students, tutors, and franchise partners across our global network. To accelerate development, we are looking for a talented developer who can leverage modern AI tools such as Claude to rapidly build and deploy applications.
Role Overview
We are seeking an AI-focused Full-Stack Developer who can build web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development tools.
You will work directly with leadership to turn ideas into production-ready software quickly, using modern development frameworks and backend infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products fast, solving problems, and using AI tools to accelerate development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop web and mobile applications using modern frameworks
- Use AI tools such as Claude to generate, review, and debug code
- Build backend systems using Firebase
- Integrate payment systems using Stripe
- Maintain repositories and version control using GitHub
- Work with product and leadership teams to prototype and launch new features
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and production-ready
- Rapidly iterate on new ideas and product improvements

Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Next.js
- Experience building backend systems or APIs
- Experience working with Git workflows
- Ability to build and deploy production-ready applications
- Strong problem-solving ability
Preferred Experience
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude
- Experience with Firebase
- Experience integrating payment systems like Stripe
- Experience building SaaS platforms
- Experience deploying mobile or web applications

Compensation
Flexible depending on experience:
Full-time: $2,000 – $6,000 AUD per month
