AI has changed software development. Security hasn't caught up – until now. Corridor is changing the game of product security, giving developers the ability to secure their AI coding.
Our team works at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. Collectively, we've led security at some of the world’s largest companies, driven cybersecurity policy efforts in the US government, and worked on open models in government and academia. We're hiring an AI Lead to own and drive Corridor's AI direction.
This is a technical leadership role: you'll set our AI agenda, collaborate and build the team, publish work that advances the field, and ship tools and systems that power our core product. You'll help build out the best team in the world at the intersection between AI and cybersecurity.
What You’ll Do
Lead Corridor’s AI efforts in code understanding, vulnerability detection, and agentic security systems
Publish research that establishes Corridor as a leader at the intersection of AI and security
Build and ship production AI systems – from development to deployment
Define the technical roadmap for our AI capabilities
Recruit and mentor a world-class AI team
Collaborate and initiate partnerships with top AI researchers and frontier labs
Collaborate with AI advisors and partners. Some of our angels include Russell Kaplan (Cognition), Thomas Wolf (Hugging Face), Jonathan Frankle (Databricks), Mike Krieger (Anthropic).
What We’re Looking For
Research track record: You’ve published research in ML/AI in fields relative to Corridor’s work (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, security venues, or equivalent)
Applied experience: You've shipped AI systems to production. You will be writing code!
Relevant domain expertise: You have experience in code generation, program analysis, or cybersecurity
Self-directed: You can identify high-impact problems and execute without heavy oversight
Leadership: You’re excited to build and lead a team and have experience doing so
Nice to Have
Experience with LLM-powered code generation or multi-agent systems
Open source contributions or public technical writing
Experience with RL environments, fine-tuning, or model evaluation pipelines
