Our founding team knows this problem inside-out. We ran a 150-person internal call center at Enpal. We know how difficult and expensive it is to scale high-quality customer experience with phone calls.

This is the perfect role for someone early in their career (e.g. recent grad) who wants to get deep exposure to how startups operate, work directly with customers, and help scale AI products in the real world.
As an AI Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the founders across both onboarding/agent development and customer success, supporting our team in making customers successful with telli.
You'll help onboard new customers, develop AI agents, support existing accounts, and build the processes that help us scale.
Customer Ownership & Operations
Support pilot accounts and help customers get live with AI agents
Assist with customer communications, answer questions, and resolve basic issues
Help track agent performance and customer health metrics
Support customer workshops and training sessions
Agent Development
Help build and refine AI agents alongside the team
Support workflow creation for onboarding and pilot management
Work with automation tools (n8n, Zapier) to improve internal efficiency
Document best practices and playbooks
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Help translate customer feedback into insights for product and engineering teams
Support operational tasks that help telli scale
Prepare materials for customer and team meetings
Jump in wherever needed to move projects forward
You really enjoy working with customers and help them succeed
You're tech-savvy (or have a semi-technical background)
You're an excellent communicator in both English and German - especially writing
You've experimented with AI agents or workflows and understand topics like prompt engineering
You're organized, hands-on, and not afraid of unglamorous work
You're early in your career and hungry to learn fast
You have a pure business background but never worked with workflows or AI agents
You only like 'strategic' work
You want to work 9-5 or remotely
