The role: AI Quality Operator
Improve the quality of our AI agents by reviewing the output of their work. For example, for our phone-calling AI agents, you will:
Review transcripts and recordings of their calls
Understand issues that arose on those calls
Label and document those issues
Provide suggested guidance on how to improve going forward
Your efforts will contribute directly to the quality of our AI agents, and thus to our mission.

Speed: You will need to execute with speed and urgency.
