We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations for healthcare practices, including appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and managing medical records. You will also assist with handling patient inquiries, processing documentation, and ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with healthcare standards. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience with AU/NZ healthcare systems or clinics are essential for success in this position.
Position: Medical Virtual Assistant
Salary: PHP 45,000 - PHP 65,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, AU/NZ business hours; 7:00AM to 4:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)

Responsibilities:
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for healthcare providers
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with medical documentation, forms, and data entry
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth daily operations
- Support telehealth appointments, including booking and basic coordination
- Process administrative tasks such as referrals, billing support, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with AU/NZ healthcare standards and privacy regulations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of proven experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience working with AU or NZ healthcare systems or clinics is mandatory
- Familiarity with tools such as Best Practice, Medical Director, HotDoc, or Halaxy is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in using CRM/EMR systems and general administrative tools
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
