Position: Senior Credit Support Analyst
Salary range: PHP 70,000 – PHP 100,000 (the final offer will be that the client's discretion based on skills and expertise)
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00am to 4:00pm Philippine Time

OVERVIEW
Your high attention to detail, accuracy, time management skills, and strong knowledge of the mortgage and finance broking industry will be critical to success in this role. You will work closely with one of Australia’s top mortgage and finance brokers as part of a financial services group with a solid reputation built over more than 20 years. The group currently offers services in mortgage, asset, and commercial finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal Packaging: Analyze supporting documents (payslips, bank statements, Equifax reports, etc.) to structure and package deals aligned with lender policies.
- Financial Analysis: Complete servicing and calculate income for Self-Employed (SE) and PAYG applicants to determine borrowing capacity.
- Application Management: Enter data into the CRM, prepare application forms and Discharge Authorities, and submit applications online with the goal of zero to minimal "More Information Required" (MIR) requests.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and solicitors to provide status updates from submission through to settlement.
- Workflow Tracking: Maintain and update Sales Sheets, Smartsheets, and Google Sheets as files progress.
- Quality Assurance: Cross-check approval and settlement documents against original submissions to ensure accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing internal tasks, procedures, and client communication while maintaining high-level product and lender policy knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the Australian lending market is highly regarded.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, and Calendar).
- CRM Expertise: Experience with Salestrekker (specifically GEM) is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Australian lender policies, credit practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think "outside the box" for complex credit solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
