You will:
Develop and maintain backend services, refactor existing code, fix bugs, and implement new features to enhance system functionality;
Optimize performance, ensure data integrity, and actively participate in architecture decisions and code reviews;
Design scalable, high-load systems using MySQL, Redis, and ClickHouse;
Migrate components of existing projects to a microservices architecture for better modularity and maintainability;
Work with message queues like Kafka to ensure reliable and efficient asynchronous data processing;
Propose and implement improvements to strengthen trust and safety in automated processes.
We’ll have a match if you:
3+ years of experience in PHP development with focus on Symfony;
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles;
Skills with Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, MySQL;
Experience with Git, Docker;
Understanding of RESTful API development principles;
Basic knowledge of frontend - vue, javascript, html, css;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Readiness to work in stressful conditions;
Critical thinking, creativity and analytical mindset.
Will be an advantage:
strong understanding of Trust and Safety principles.
