The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads, competing with market leaders such as Tinder and Bumble. Hily today: 39M users, 1.5B likes sent, 50M+ matches annually.
You will:
• Run performance marketing campaigns on Google
• Run and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV
• Run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights, manage budget
• Cooperate with creative team about creatives production
• Develop automation and auto-rules for acquisition
• Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, and generate a hypothesis
We’ll have a match if you:
• 1+ years experience in Google Web
• Experience in Google campaigns management with budget ≥$50k/monthly
• Experience in W2A, W2W campaigns
• Experience with Search, DemanGen campaigns
• Focus on ROI: accurate measurement of details and appropriate actions
• Experience with A/B and split testing of creatives, campaigns, and landing pages
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• English level: intermediate +
Will be an advantage:
• experience with Google UAC
• experience with multiple traffic sources (TikTok, Meta, ASA, and other UA channels)
• experience with W2W, W2A, AEM, Capi + pixel optimization
• proven experience in launching marketing campaigns from scratch and scaling using lean budgets
• bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, analytics, or a related area of study
• understanding the specific of working with Web2App funnels
