At Akur8, we’re transforming non-life insurance pricing and reserving through a proprietary AI-driven platform that empowers actuaries and data scientists to build transparent, auditable, and efficient models.
As an Actuarial Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping clients apply Akur8’s platform to real-world pricing and reserving challenges. You’ll be on the front line helping actuarial and data science teams succeed on Akur8’s platform. You’ll blend actuarial thinking, data curiosity, and precise communication to solve real user problems and feed insights back into Product and Engineering.
You will directly impact non-life insurance pricing and reserving by driving the following activities:
Assist our clients with actuarial queries & use of our Pricing & Reserving solutions;
Collaborate with our specialist Actuarial & Engineering teams to ensure timely, accurate query resolution;
Build strong client relationships and share feedback with Product and Engineering teams to enhance user experience and platform adoption;
Monitor client platform usage and engagement to identify risks and growth opportunities proactively;
Assist in onboarding new clients through training sessions and initial project support;
Support client check-ins and adoption workshops to deepen user engagement with the platform;
Build internal knowledge bases tailored to specific lines of business and markets;
Provide actionable feedback to the Product team to guide feature development and product improvements;
Help streamline internal processes and enhance collaboration across ASM, ADS, and Engineering teams;
Direct clients to self-service resources (documentation, knowledge base, FAQs) to foster independent use;
Promote actuarial and data science best practices across customer projects;
Partner with commercial teams to functionally support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities based on client health and engagement.
You’ll be attached to our Paris office, and occasional travel for business events will be required.

You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program, ideally in the actuarial domain. Candidates with other technical academic backgrounds may be considered if they demonstrate knowledge on the insurance industry. You are looking for an end-of-studies apprenticeship (in Master 2), starting from September 2026.
Ideal candidates matches the following criteria:
Solid understanding of actuarial models, insurance data, and predictive modeling techniques (e.g. GLM, GBMs).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward customer needs.
Organized, structured, and capable of balancing reactive support and proactive engagement.
Previous experience in roles related to insurance pricing are not mandatory, but they will be seen as a plus.
Proficient in English. Spanish will be seen as a strong positive differentiator, additional languages are a plus.
Important: You must possess an employment status: French or Schengen area nationality or a ‘carte de séjour’ that will allow you to work from our Paris office.
