As a assembly technician you will be instrumental in assembling our drones and electronics assemblies. Your day to day will consist of working with engineers and technicians to read and interpret work orders. You will be working on everything from full drone assemblies to subcomponents and performing light repair. Using hand tools and soldering stations. This is a dynamic role with builds changing frequently, and room for growth and training.
This role is onsite and based at our Company HQ in El Segundo, CA. Local candidates only; relocation is not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Manufacturing and engineering team to perform final assembly of drones and antenna assembliesPerform soldering of electrical components and installation of wire assembliesComplete all work instructionsDocument non conformances and recommend improvments to builds Be flexible and willing to learn new assemblies processes and new product lines

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentExperience using hand tools such as drills, torque wrenches and socket setsExperience using measurement tools like rules and calipersExperience reading and following work instructions with an attention to detailUS citizen or Person (Green Card holder) with right to work in export control defense manufacturing

Practical soldering/desoldering skills.
