Asset Integrity Maintenance
Support execution of asset integrity maintenance activities for static equipment, piping, tanks, structures and supports.
Identify integrity threats related to corrosion, erosion, fatigue, coating degradation and mechanical damage.
Assist in defining repair scopes and integrity mitigation measures in coordination with maintenance teams.
Inspections & Surveys
Perform and coordinate offshore inspections including visual inspection, coating condition surveys, corrosion assessments and thickness measurements.
Support NDT activities such as UT, MPI, PT and RT carried out by certified technicians.
Participate in structural, marine and topside surveys on FPSOs and offshore platforms.
Engineering Assessment & Reporting
Review inspection and survey data and prepare engineering reports, technical assessments and recommendations.
Evaluate inspection findings against applicable standards and design criteria.
Provide engineering input for repair methods, temporary repairs and long-term integrity solutions.
Planning & Coordination
Interface with offshore operations, inspection teams, maintenance crews and specialist contractors.
