The Associate Customer Onboarding Manager supports the onboarding of Small Market and Mid-Market customers by helping guide them through their initial setup and early use of Foley’s products. This is an early-career role designed for someone eager to learn, build deeper customer-facing skills, and grow within Customer Success.
You’ll work closely with experienced Onboarding Managers and cross-functional partners while developing a strong foundation in onboarding, customer communication, and Foley’s solutions.
Support the Scaled onboarding of new customers using established processes and playbooks
Assist customers with account setup, product configuration, and basic training in both one-on-one and group settings
Conduct onboarding calls and follow-ups with clients to promote adoption of Foley’s software
Help educate customers on how to use Foley’s products to meet compliance requirements
Track onboarding tasks, milestones, and customer progress in internal systems
Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth customer handoffs
Identify questions, challenges, or delays during onboarding and escalate as needed
Contribute to onboarding documentation, templates, and process improvements
1-3 years of experience in a customer success or onboarding role within a SaaS company
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and DOT/FCRA compliance concepts
Positive, coachable attitude with a strong desire to grow
Openness to leveraging AI in daily work (Experience with LLMs and/or Generative AI is a plus)
Previous experience with Salesforce, Gong, or Planhat a plus
Location: This role is primarily remote (US based), with the expectation of occasional visits to our offices for team collaboration, training, or company events.
