This role supports the Infrastructure team in evaluating, executing, and monitoring global investment opportunities. The incumbent will analyze financial data, contribute to due diligence processes, and assist in portfolio management to ensure alignment with ADIC’s investment mandate and long-term strategic goals.
- Financial Modelling and Analysis: Independently build, analyze, and refine complex financial models to support investment evaluation and decision-making. The role is highly modelling-intensive and requires the ability to run sensitivities, interpret outputs, and enhance existing financial models.
- Valuation: Apply a strong understanding of valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis, to assess investment attractiveness and support pricing decisions.
- Data Analytics: Apply quantitative analysis and data-driven tools (including AI) to assess deal underwriting, identify trends, benchmark performance, and support deal sourcing, portfolio monitoring, and market evaluation as the team integrates advanced technology into investment workflows.
- Transaction Support: Support the deal team across all stages of the transaction lifecycle, including deal underwriting, GP analysis, due diligence coordination, preparation of investment materials, meeting coordination, Investment Committee discussions, and transaction closing and funding.
- Industry Research & Analysis: Analyze infrastructure markets across regions and sectors, developing a strong understanding of infrastructure verticals as well as GP strategies and performance. Integrate data from multiple sources to produce clear, structured insights that inform investment evaluation.
- Investment Underwriting and Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of infrastructure investment strategies and transaction structures, including fund commitments, co-investments, and secondary transactions. Contribute to the underwriting and evaluation of opportunities across these structures while building knowledge of GP strategies, portfolio construction, and risk-return dynamics.
- Portfolio Monitoring and Value Creation: Collaborate with the Infrastructure Asset Management team to ensure consistent and in-depth coverage of the portfolio. Contribute to GP coverage and ongoing investment monitoring, including performance tracking and risk assessment. Support periodic and ad hoc portfolio reviews and analytical deep-dives to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and potential value creation initiatives.
- Written and Verbal Communication: Prepare and deliver written analysis, including Investment Committee materials, diligence findings, and other investment documentation in PowerPoint and Word, both as an individual contributor and as part of an integrated deal team.
- Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Work collaboratively within deal teams while maintaining strong attention to detail and high standards of work quality. Support and help develop other team members by reviewing work, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to a positive learning and development environment.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CPA, or ACA are considered an advantage.
- MBA, Masters other advanced financial qualifications are desirable but not required.
Experience
- 2 + years of relevant work experience.
- Experience evaluating infrastructure investments.
- Familiarity with fund commitments, co-investments, and secondary transactions is desirable.
- Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel, including building and analyzing investment models.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar financial databases.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance research, financial analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Awareness of macroeconomic trends affecting infrastructure investments.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in deal teams and fast-paced transaction environments.
