Responsibilities:
Locate, pull, and organize parts in the warehouse for scheduled deliveries.Load and secure inventory onto the delivery vehicle accurately and safely.Drive to various wholesale customer locations, determining the most efficient and timely routes.Unload and deliver parts to customers with professionalism and care.Provide excellent customer service at each delivery stop, representing the company in a positive manner.Complete all required delivery paperwork accurately and promptly.Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe operating condition.Maintain required logs and documentation related to vehicle use and deliveries.Assist in the parts warehouse as needed, including stocking, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Valid Driver's License with an excellent driving record.Outstanding customer service skills.Relevant experience driving a truck or van is preferred; automotive parts experience is a plus.Ability to do heavy lifting; must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.Must read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; use of basic math accurately.Must be 21 years of age.
