Senior management has identified five key positions to restructure the organization and absorb the increased workload resulting from this hypergrowth phase.
For all five roles, fluency in English is required; French proficiency is a strong plus.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are seeking a senior finance executive (Head of Finance / Finance Director / Financial Controller, etc.) with:
More than 15 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years setting up and managing finance teams
At least one experience in agriculture, agro-industry, agri-food, or FMCG sectors
A proven track record in companies of similar size (several tens of millions USD in revenue and several hundred employees)
Strong versatility across all finance functions: accounting, audit, controlling, FP&A, legal & tax
Experience building from scratch or restructuring a company’s finance organization
Supply chain & operations Director
Typically 8–12+ years in supply chain/operations roles within a company or group, including leadership at plant or regional level.
Successful track record in at least two of the following areas:
S&OP / supply planning leadership
Production planning and scheduling in processed foods
Warehouse/logistics management and 3PL governance
Major improvement programs (waste/yield optimization, changeover reduction, OTIF recovery, inventory reduction)
At least one experience in agriculture, agro-industry, agri-food, or FMCG sectors is required.
HR Director
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Typically 6–10+ years of HR experience, including at least 3+ years in HR operations within a manufacturing/industrial environment (FMCG/food is a strong plus).
Hands-on experience with time & attendance systems, payroll inputs, and employee relations in shift-based environments.
Business Developer
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, Food Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 7–10 years of total commercial experience, including 3–5+ years in senior Business Development or Key Account Management roles in processed foods (or closely related FMCG food categories).
Proven exposure to at least one of the following:
Modern trade negotiations (national or regional chains)
Distributor management
Foodservice growth
Private label / contract manufacturing tenders (if relevant
Financial Controller
Typically 6–10+ years of experience combining controlling and/or internal audit, ideally in FMCG or food manufacturing.
