ABOUT THE POSITION
B2B Coordinator at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: Join a growing team as a B2B Coordinator is becoming a key link between our B2B clients and the production team. In this role, you’ll help ensure that client needs are clearly translated into production plans and that orders move smoothly from request to delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as the main point of contact between the B2B and production teams
- Coordinate B2B client orders from request to completion
- Share production updates and results with the B2B team
- Identify operational issues and help find solutions with relevant teams
- Collaborate with team leads and production managers to plan order execution
- Ensure client needs are clearly communicated to production and supply teams
- Work with operational data and planning in Excel
- Contribute to improving and building internal processes
