The Back Office & Operational Finance Specialist will support the daily operations of our local companies in Serbia and Bosnia, ensuring efficient administrative, operational, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily back-office admin and operational support for MET SRB and MET Energy BH
Prepare bank card settlements, travel expense reports, invoices, subscriptions, maintaining up to date financial and contract databases
Cooperate with external accounting service providers, manage KYC documentation & relations with banks (accounts, bank guarantees) and other stakeholders
Organize and maintain executive calendars, correspondence, archives and office communication
Coordinate procurement of office supplies, and facility management tasks
Implement digital transformation of the company processes and operations
Actively contribute to improving workflows and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
5-10 years’ experience in back office, operations, or finance support
Academic degree in business administration, economics, law or engineering
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or trading/operations systems is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in Serbian and English (spoken and written).
High attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
