Bar Waiter

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel or restaurant standards

• Take beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly

• Prepare basic cocktails, mocktails, and beverages as required

• Ensure correct use of glassware and bar equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times

• Follow Food & Beverage (F&B) service standards and procedures

• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Assist with stock control, requisitions, and bar setup

• Adhere to cash handling procedures (where applicable)

• Promote responsible alcohol service in line with company policy

• Work closely with bartenders, supervisors, and service teams

Qualifications

• NC Level 2 or 3 in Food & Beverage Service / Hospitality Operations (advantage)

• Certificate in Bar Service or Bartending from a recognized institution (advantage)

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred

• Good communication skills in English and French (Creole an advantage)
