Barback

Position requirements:

• Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Ensure the bar is set up and stocked with necessary beverages, garnishes, ice, and glassware before and during service.
• Support the bar team by quickly restocking supplies, cleaning workstations, handling empty bottles and trash.
• Assist in preparing simple drink components (e.g., cutting garnishes, refilling mixers).
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all bar areas.
• Work closely with the bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Skills & Abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (e.g., beer kegs, cases of bottles).
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Requirements

Education

• High school or equivalent education required

• Advanced in English; multilingual is strongly preferred

• Must possess basic computer skills
