· Efficiently delegate calls to the appropriate departments or personnel within the hotel.
· Handle room service requests, providing accurate and timely information to guests.
· Manage restaurant reservations over the phone, demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
· Uphold a thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities, to effectively address guest inquiries.
· Multitask effectively, balancing the demands of incoming calls, room service requests, and restaurant reservations.
· Provide exceptional customer service, aiming to exceed guest expectations and contribute to a positive overall guest
experience at Cavo Tagoo Mykonos.
Requirements
· Previous experience in a similar job minimum 2 years
· Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
· Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Must possess basic computer skills.
· General knowledge of the island where the hotel is located and its attractions.
· Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities.
