Prepares and serves beverage orders and provides a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service always, following the Standards of Performance.
Understands all beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives.
Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
Checks all tables & trays to ensure maximum cleanliness and standard settings.
Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reports guest complaints or problems to Head Bartender/Beverage Manager if no immediate solution can be founded and to assure follow up with guests.
Establishes a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationship.
Determine when a customer seated at the bar has had too much alcohol and report it to the Head Bartender or Beverage manager to take correct actions.
Performs opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.
Maintain bar stocks and supplies and update the manager for ordering purposes.
Adapts to rotate within the different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the entity as assigned.
Ensures that health, hygiene, and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the department in compliance with HACCP standards and procedures.
Reports for duty punctually always wearing the correct uniform.
Always maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
Projects always a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.
To participate in all relevant training offered by the company.
Participate in weekly department meetings and raise relevant points for action.
