Carries the sole responsibility of the events department operations,
Accountable for the overall operational guidance across the events operations of the entity
Planning and implementing programs, policies and procedures to ensure that entity standards are met.
Establishes and achieves the department’s annual financial budget forecasts, i.e., meet / maximizes the monthly revenue and GOP targets by exercising a constant control of the operational expenses
Responsible for the planning and execution of events.
Oversee all aspects of event production, from initial concept to final cleanup.
