We are looking for a Business Intelligence professional with strong experience in building end-to-end data visualization and reporting solutions that drive informed decision-making. This role focuses on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights through well-designed dashboards, optimized data pipelines, and performance-driven analytics. We work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality BI solutions that balance visual simplicity with analytical depth. The role is well suited for someone who combines technical expertise with a strong sense of UI/UX, performance optimization, and business understanding.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for business functions such as sales, finance, operations, inventory, and performance management
• Build decision-centric visualizations using advanced Tableau features including LOD expressions, table calculations, and custom charts
• Standardize dashboard UI/UX to ensure consistency, clarity, and ease of use across reporting assets
• Optimize dashboard and data pipeline performance by improving query efficiency, data models, and backend integrations
• Monitor BI platform performance and implement improvements to reduce load times and enhance user experience
• Integrate data from multiple sources using scalable data modeling approaches to support flexible filtering and analysis
• Implement automated refresh workflows and ensure transparency of data freshness and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Build KPI-driven interfaces and reporting frameworks to support executive and operational decision-making

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Around 4–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting solutions
• Strong proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and modern BI tools, with a focus on performance tuning and usability
• Solid understanding of data modeling, dashboard design principles, and analytics best practices
• Experience working with multiple data sources and optimizing reporting pipelines for scale and speed
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective BI solutions
• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for clean design, clarity, and actionable insights
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams in fast-paced environments
• A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in enhancing analytics processes, tools, and standards
