BizOps Analyst
Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, execution-minded Business Operations Analyst to join our growing BizOps team.
In this role, you’ll help redesign how Passport works. You’ll be responsible for identifying pain points, rethinking workflows, and building smarter, more scalable systems – all to improve how we work and how we support our customers. That might mean eliminating a manual process, implementing a new tool, or identifying use cases for an AI agent. You’ll be as comfortable mapping out processes as you are prototyping, and you’ll be obsessed with delivering real outcomes (faster cycles, fewer errors, lower cost, and better visibility).
This is a great fit for someone early in their career who brings strong judgment, follows through, and finds energy in solving sometimes unglamorous but important problems. You’ll have real ownership over your work—but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that values learning, supports each other, and shares a deep curiosity about how we can work smarter. If the idea of playing a meaningful role in helping a company go AI-first excites you, we’d love to talk.
Key Responsibilities:
Rethink & rework processes: Map workflows, identify bottlenecks and failure points, and redesign for simplicity, scalability, and clarity.
Architect smart solutions: Use low-code/no-code tools (and some vibe code) to help teams move faster and smarter. Make thoughtful calls on when to automate, redesign, or partner with more technical teams.
Own execution: Take a project from concept to completion—whether it’s rebuilding a manual workflow, unlocking a new key capability, or implementing a new internal tool.
Partner with business functions: Collaborate with designated stakeholders across the org (Finance, Commercial) to improve internal processes and external experiences.
Serve as a force-multiplier: Help our team (and company) do more, better through smarts, resourcefulness, and tooling.
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Clear, thoughtful communicator who collaborates well across teams.
Strong judgment and prioritization; able to zoom in on the finer details and zoom out to see the broader system.
Curious and resourceful; consistently asking, “How can we make this simpler, faster, or more reliable?”
Quick learner who can get up to speed quickly and execute with whatever tool gets the job done.
Organized and reliable – you take ownership and follow through.
Takes pride in making people's lives easier and systems meaningfully better.
Nice-to-Haves:
1–2 years in business operations, systems, consulting, or a similar execution-focused role.
Exposure to automation, process improvement, or workflow design.
Some experience with low-code/no-code tools (like Parabola, n8n, Zapier, Make), and a desire to learn more.
Light experience with SQL, scripting, or dashboards (or willingness to learn + demonstrated ability to self-teach)
Don’t meet every single bullet? We’d still love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who’s excited about the role and brings a strong sense of ownership, not someone who checks every box.
