Collect and analyze requirements/ feedback from clients, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
Work closely with project stakeholders to identify and specify functional system requirements, processes and non-functional requirements.
Write functional and business requirement documents: Create BRD, wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, activity diagrams and use cases.
Communicate with the Development Team (Dev, Tester, Designer) to ensure the requirement understanding during implementation.
Compose related documents such as: release note, user manual...
Present ideas and features to related people.
Join and propose ideas in the brainstorming meetings.

Qualifications
Must-have skills:
1-3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Technical Writer
Experience in writing technical documents.
Good English communication skills (both verbal & written) - someone who can turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
Good skills in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mockups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Nice-to-have skills:

Growth mindset, with an appetite to learn
Have knowledge of blockchain and web3 technical concepts is a huge plus
Experience and comfort in SQL; some of our charts require larger, complex queries
Comfort with data tools such as R, SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase, etc.
