We're looking for someone with experience programming, maintaining, and running our devops stack.
Given our small team size, you will have the freedom to shape our infrastructure and help direct a fundamental component of our engineering effort. All the while, you will work alongside senior engineers, open-source contributors, within a culture that prides itself on craftsmanship and clean design.
- Work closely with stakeholders company-wide to provide services that enhance the user experience for the development team, as well as our end-users.
- Design and build operational infrastructure to support games and marketplace products for the company Studios.
- Spearhead company-wide security culture and architecture to keep our platform secure.
- Own delivery, scalability, and reliability of our backend infrastructure.
- Advise and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to ensure we are building safe, secure, and reliable products.
Qualifications
Must-have skills:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE role
- 2+ years of experience with AWS (not just basic features)
- Ability to design and implement highly available and reliable and scalable systems.
- Proven experience with Linux, Docker, and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Redis, Jenkins....
- Proficiency with configuration management (Ansible, Chef)
- Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building robust monitoring and alerting
Nice-to-have skills:
- Comfortable tuning hosted SQL databases (Postgres/MongoDb)
- Experience working in high-security environment, fintech a big plus
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience with Game Development.
- Proficiency with C++.Proficiency with Typescript/Node.js.
- Experience with game server hosting.
