We connect exceptional global talent with innovative technology and life sciences companies worldwide. Our mission is simple: everyone deserves equal access to opportunity, regardless of where they were born. Join our community of 25,000+ professionals building careers with leading international companies.
You'll be joining a pioneering European health and life sciences company operating at the intersection of scientific research and consumer wellness. They develop innovative pharmaceutical and lifestyle brands distributed through pharmacy networks across Europe — a fast-growing, mission-driven organisation that is actively shaping an emerging and highly regulated industry.
This company is expanding its pharmacy partnerships across the DACH region, and they need a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help drive that growth.
This is not a script-and-dial role. You'll be the first point of contact for potential pharmacy partners — researching, reaching out, qualifying opportunities, and handing off warm leads to the broader sales team. It's a role for someone who has real sales experience, thrives on building professional relationships, and enjoys the early stages of a commercial cycle.
This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates (minimum 20 hours/week). If you're looking for flexibility without giving up meaningful, career-building work, this could be the right fit.
Identifying and approaching potential pharmacy partners across the DACH market to build a strong, qualified pipeline
Leading outreach and pre-sales conversations entirely in German, communicating the company's value proposition clearly and professionally
Conducting market research to uncover new partnership opportunities and track trends in the pharmaceutical and wellness space
Setting and tracking KPIs for outreach activity and continuously refining your approach based on results
Maintaining accurate CRM and lead database records so the wider sales team can move quickly
Collaborating with marketing and growth teams to align outreach efforts with broader commercial strategy
Native or fluent German speaker — this is a hard requirement; you will be representing the company in German-language markets every day
Proven sales experience — you've worked in a commercial, outbound, or business development role and you know how to open doors and move conversations forward
2–4 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or a similar outward-facing sales role
Pharmacy or healthcare industry background is a strong advantage — familiarity with how pharmacies operate or experience selling into the sector will set you apart
A confident, polished communicator who builds credibility quickly with professional partners
Self-directed and organised — you can manage your own pipeline and stay on top of follow-ups without being micromanaged
Able to work during CET business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM)
Salary: Up to $2,000 USD/month (full-time) | Part-time arrangements considered (minimum 20 hours/week, pro-rated accordingly)
Fully remote with flexibility within CET hours
Paid annual leave
Direct exposure to a fast-growing European health and life sciences company
