The candidate would manage the Company’s Client’s Sales Unit. The Company’s Client is a manufacturer of feminine care products, baby and childcare products (diapers).
Major Duties include:
Managing the entire commercial relationship with the Client’s managers on behalf of the company.
Managing own team in line with the company’s strategy and business agreements with the Client including the following:
Annual Sales Budgets by Brand/ Channel in terms of units, value, and GP
Manage entire Channel Sales & Merchandising teams to ensure proper sales, distribution & execution of trade marketing plans in all relevant channels Retail-Pharma-E-commerce, wholesale, Government, & B2B
Manage the P&L of the brand and sales unit to ensure the achievement of budgets.
Directly communicate and plan with Client’s teams mutually agreed activities and targets.
Ensure all trade marketing activities including BDA, promotions, listing, and rentals are fully approved and smoothly settled by the Client.
Provide senior management with periodical reporting as and when required.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in managing Personal Care and Baby category brands in the UAE or GCC.
Solid experience in managing Baby Diapers brands.
Experience in managing clients’ products in a trading company setup.
University Degree in Marketing / Business Administration/ Economics/ Commerce
