We are seeking a strong, hands-on Call Center Manager to lead our new outbound telemarketing division. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team focused on cold calling and appointment setting.
Oversee daily cold calling operations and appointmentnsetting management.
Manage data acquisition and list segmentation strategies.
Manage and coach a team of callers to ensure peak performance.
Implement call quality control measures and track key KPIs.

Proven experience building and managing outbound telemarketing teams.
