What you’ll do

• Make outbound calls to book appointments

• Take inbound calls from members

• Update scheduling system (accurate + fast)

• Follow up on missed visits

• Escalate urgent needs

Must-haves

• 1+ year call center, scheduling, or customer service

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (required)

• Reliable, on-time work habits

• Work from anywhere in the U.S.
