You’ll step into active markets, steady inbound homeowners volume, and a team that moves fast. Clear tools, clear appetite, no chaos.

What You’ll Do

  • Quote and bind Florida homeowners + auto with pace

  • Work warm inbound homeowners leads (steady flow)

  • Build your own follow-up pipeline to keep your close rate strong

  • Move fast through carriers using QQ Catalyst, EZLynx, QuoteRush

  • Handle basic underwriting questions + eligibility checks

  • Own the client experience from first call to binding

  • Keep clean tracking of production and retention metrics

Must-Haves

  • Active 2-20 or 20-44 Florida P&C license

  • Recent Florida homeowners experience (HO3/DP1/DP3)

  • Proven sales production — you know how to close

  • Comfortable working onsite in Port St. Lucie

Nice-to-Have

  • Citizens experience (eligibility, quoting, or binding)

  • Non-standard auto

  • Spanish

  • Coaching/mentorship background

(Citizens is teachable — strong HO producers get up to speed quickly.)
