What You’ll Do

• Deliver skilled PT visits in nearby patient homes

• Build and adjust treatment plans

• Chart fast in OASIS and EMR

• Teach safe mobility and home exercises

• Coordinate with nurses and OTs

• Hold 5–6 visits per day (no city traffic)

Must-Haves

• Active PT license in MO

• PT degree

• BLS/CPR

• Driver’s license + insured vehicle

• Daily travel in Jefferson County
