ELEKS is looking for a Change Management / Training Specialist in Canada.
ABOUT PROJECT
We are looking for a Change Management / Training Specialist to help drive successful adoption of organizational, process, and technology changes. In this role, you will design and deliver effective training and enablement, create communication and adoption materials, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure employees understand, embrace, and sustain change.
You will play a key role in increasing change readiness, reducing resistance, and improving end-user adoption — especially during implementations of new tools, systems, or operating models.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in change management, training, learning & development, enablement, or organizational developmentHands-on experience supporting change initiatives (e.g., new system implementation, process transformation, operating model changes)Experience designing training programs for professional/technical audiencesStrong instructional design and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person).Ability to translate complex information into user-friendly learning materialsStrong stakeholder management skills and comfort working in cross-functional environmentsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to clarity and structureAnalytical mindset: comfortable measuring impact and using feedback to iterate
RESPONSIBILITIES
Change Enablement & AdoptionSupport the end-to-end change approach across initiatives (technology rollouts, process redesign, org changes)Partner with project teams to assess change impacts and identify affected audiencesHelp develop and execute change plans (stakeholder engagement, communications, training, reinforcement)Identify adoption risks and proactively implement mitigation actionsCollect feedback, measure adoption and engagement, and propose improvementsTraining Design & DeliveryConduct learning needs assessments and translate them into a clear training strategy and curriculumCreate training content and materials, such as:facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, quick reference sheets, FAQs
e-learning modules, videos, demos, simulations, knowledge checks
Deliver training sessions (virtual and/or in-person) to diverse audiences and seniority levelsSupport “train-the-trainer” models and build internal capability within teamsCommunication & Stakeholder ManagementDevelop clear, engaging change communications (emails, intranet posts, presentations, toolkits)Coordinate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and readiness sessionsWork with leaders and change champions to support local adoption and reinforcementEnsure communications and training messaging is consistent and aligned with business goals.
