Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (VMware / Dell) - Casablanca, Morocco
We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of B2B Cloud platforms built on VMware and Dell infrastructure. The role focuses on operational stability, incident management, and continuous infrastructure improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration and day-to-day operations of B2B Cloud platforms (Dell & VMware infrastructure)
- Proactive monitoring, supervision, and incident resolution
- Coordination with Broadcom and Dell EMC support teams
- Backup management (Commvault – where applicable)
- Datacenter interventions as required (hardware checks, reboots, etc.)
- Application of security patches across VMware, Windows, and Linux environments
- Participation in safety audits and implementation of recommendations
- Contribution to infrastructure enhancement and development projects
- Preparation of monitoring reports and operational dashboards
