You'll sit at the centre of commercial, financial and technical decision-making, shaping deals that redefine aviation and heavy industry.
As the Deal Team Commercial Manager, your deal-structuring skills will unlock billion-euro SAF production facilities. You’ll be leading complex, high-value international offtake negotiations that underpin our Capacity Development (CapDev) and Corporate Development (CorpDev) projects.
With SkyNRG’s ambition to significantly scale its SAF production capacity, this role is pivotal to advancing key CapDev projects, such as SkyKraft (Sweden) and Wigeon (US), toward Final Investment Decision (FID). You will take ownership of structuring and closing long-term SAF and by-product offtake agreements with major airlines, fuel suppliers and corporates.
Your expertise in complex commercial structuring, contract negotiations and financial modelling for new business development, enables you to operate confidentially at the intersection of commercial strategy, financing requirements and techno-operational realities. You know how to translate strategic ambition into bankable, financeable agreements.
Your collaborative spirit will be crucial as you partner with colleagues at our headquarters and become a key business ally for the Head of Deal Team, CapDev project teams, Corporate Development, Legal Counsel, and Executive leadership — while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at airlines, fuel suppliers and multinational corporates.
Your responsibilities will include :
Structuring and leading long-term, high-value offtake agreements in complex international settings
Managing commercial negotiations with airlines, fuel suppliers, corporates and legal and financial advisors
Acting as the commercial interface between project teams (technical, operational, finance) and counterparties
Translating commercial agreements into legally robust contracts in collaboration with legal counsel
Preparing decision-making materials for ExCo and Board approval
Building and maintaining financial models to support deal structuring and negotiations
Managing day-to-day stakeholder communication across internal and external parties
Driving off-take processes for projects including SkyKraft, Wigeon and Delfzijl
Supporting Corporate Development on commercial deal structuring
