The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Commis Chef to join our Nobu kitchen. The Commis Chef is responsible for delivering and maintaining the highest level of service, providing leadership and guidance in the workplace, and adhering to outlet and recipe standards in line with Crown’s vision and objectives.

About You

• Experience in Japanese cuisine – advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
• Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent - desirable
• Flexible availability across 7 days
