We are looking for a Communications Intern to support the Global Communications team with our ever-growing slate of exciting films and activities at MUBI, supporting our efforts globally across Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia. You’ll be a key player in coordinating our publicity efforts, supporting publicity campaigns, talent management, events and press junkets amongst other areas.
This is a 3-month internship role based in London. We work hybrid-remote where we require 3 office days. Our core days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Supporting the Global Communications team across all activities, including film publicity, brand activations, events, media relations, and talent management
Press coverage tracking and updating internal and external press reporting documents
Support during local, regional and international press junkets and film festivals including schedule management and admin
Assisting at screenings and receptions, some of which will be outside of regular working hours
Assist with creating global monthly programming schedules and collating assets for international media and teams
Coordinate team meetings, agendas and take notes for Global Communications team
Send and track screener link requests
Assist in managing the press inbox
A passion for independent and international cinema
Strong organisation skills and impeccable attention to detail
Proactivity and willingness to get stuck in and learn
(Desired) Any academic or practical experience in Entertainment or Media along with an understanding of Communications and Publicity
(Desired) Knowledge of software such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, PowerPoint and Excel
(Desired) Any additional languages outside of fluency in English
