As our Project Manager (Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative), you will represent both the general contractor and the project owner throughout all phases of commercial construction. In this role, you will oversee project planning, coordination, contract compliance, budget and schedule performance, and risk management, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with owner expectations.
You will work closely with owners, design teams, project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and maintain a clear line of sight to project goals. You will support decision‑making, monitor field progress, champion quality standards, and ensure that all deliverables, documentation, and technical requirements are met.
Experienced Project Managers may lead multiple projects, guide preconstruction efforts, support contract negotiations, mentor project teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction.

Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Previous experience as a construction manager, owner’s representative, project manager, or similar role for commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost management.
Proven ability to coordinate design teams, field leadership, clients, and trade partners across all phases of a project.
Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools.
Strong communication, documentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to travel for extended periods and work in a dynamic, multi‑project environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
