As our Senior Superintendent, you will drive complex commercial construction ground‑up developments to major renovation and expansion projects. In this senior field leadership position, you will oversee all phases of construction, including planning, scheduling, sequencing, subcontractor management, quality control, and site safety, on projects with work‑in‑place values up to $75 million.
You will lead field operations by ensuring effective coordination, resolving challenges proactively, and maintaining a clear focus on schedule, safety, and execution excellence. You will collaborate closely with project managers, owners, design teams, and trade partners to uphold project goals, manage risk, and ensure that all construction activities align with plans, specifications, and performance expectations.
Experienced Senior Superintendents may lead multiple phases of large projects, mentor other superintendents, guide preconstruction planning, support strategic staffing decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement in operational performance across the organization.

Your Background
Extensive experience as a superintendent leading large commercial construction projects, preferably up to $75M in value.
Strong technical knowledge of structural, architectural, MEP, civil, and site‑related construction systems.
Demonstrated success in managing field operations, subcontractors, logistics, and schedule milestones.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and coordination models.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency with construction scheduling tools and project management platforms.
Ability to work in a demanding field environment with complex coordination requirements and evolving daily challenges.
