As our Special Projects Supervisor, you will deliver across a wide range of specialized commercial construction, renovation/repair, maintenance, and light expansion projects. In this hands‑on leadership role, you will manage day‑to‑day field operations, coordinate trade partners and technicians, oversee jobsite logistics, and ensure that work is completed on schedule, within scope, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
You will collaborate closely with clients, building engineers, and subcontractors to resolve field challenges, maintain clear communication, and ensure alignment with project plans, specifications, and customer expectations. This role supports numerous fast‑paced, detail‑oriented projects, often in active, occupied commercial environments, requiring exceptional adaptability, organization, and customer service.
Experienced supervisors may lead multiple concurrent projects, provide field‑driven solutions to budget and scope questions, interact directly with clients and facility teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in project efficiency and execution.

Your Background
Previous experience running commercial renovation, maintenance, or light construction projects as a supervisor, foreman, or lead technician.
Strong skillset across renovation/repair scopes, general building trades, and managing multiple small to mid‑sized projects.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, scope documents, and client requirements.
Excellent communication, organization, professionalism, and customer service skills—especially in occupied or operational environments.
Ability to lift materials, navigate active job sites, and manage physically demanding tasks when necessary.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams across multiple simultaneous projects.
Valid driver’s license.
