Content Operations Associate (Tamil)

You’ll help improve category performance, experiment with new content formats, launch engaging shows, and collaborate closely with creators to bring ideas to life.
What You’ll Work On
Category Growth & Experiments
- Analyze category performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Run experiments with new formats, hooks, and storytelling styles.
- Help launch new shows and recurring content series.
Content Ideation
- Research trends across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and short-form learning.
- Propose engaging content formats and show ideas.
- Work with creators to develop concepts and episode structures.
Creator Collaboration
- Onboard and coordinate with creators.
- Support creators with ideas, feedback, and execution.
- Maintain strong creator relationships and improve retention.
Performance & Insights
- Track content performance across categories and shows.
- Identify formats, topics, and creators driving engagement.
- Share insights to improve content quality.
Requirements
- Strong interest in content, storytelling, and the creator economy.
- Strong written and verbal proficiency in Tamil.
- Curiosity about what makes content work.
- Ability to balance creative ideation and execution.
- Good intuition for hooks, formats, and audience behavior.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable experimenting.
