WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Corporate Communications Executive supports the company’s external communications, media engagement, and corporate storytelling efforts.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn how corporate communications works in a fast-growing company. You will work closely with your manager to execute day-to-day communications tasks, develop content, and support media-related activities.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, curious about business storytelling, and comfortable working independently with guidance.
Your responsibilities include:
Narrative & Content Development
- Support the drafting of press materials, LinkedIn posts, and corporate content based on key business updates.
- Assist in translating business updates and data into clear, easy-to-understand messaging.
- Help maintain consistency in tone and messaging across external communications.
- Support the preparation of award submissions and corporate write-ups.
- Conduct basic research to ensure information used in communications is accurate and up to date.
Media Relations Support
- Assist in drafting press releases, media statements, and talking points under guidance.
- Support outreach to media contacts for follow-ups and coordination.
- Help track media responses and maintain media contact lists.
- Assist in responding to media enquiries by gathering internal inputs.
LinkedIn & Online Presence
- Support content planning and copywriting for the company’s LinkedIn page.
- Assist with scheduling and publishing posts.
- Monitor engagement and prepare simple performance summaries.
- Adapt messaging for different formats while maintaining a consistent tone.
Impact Reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and inputs for reports.
- Support drafting sections of impact reports and stakeholder updates.
- Help organize content and ensure information is clearly structured.
- Assist with proofreading and fact-checking reports before publication.
Media Monitoring & Administrative Support
- Conduct daily media monitoring and track relevant industry news.
- Compile simple media monitoring summaries for internal circulation.
- Maintain documentation and tracking sheets related to communications activities.
- Support ad-hoc communications tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in strategic communications, public relations, journalism, or corporate communications.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and translating it into clear language
- Organized and able to manage multiple small tasks at once
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn
- Basic understanding of social media and digital content
