We are seeking Corporate Sales Manager to join our Sales team at Klivvr. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through B2B partnerships, optimizing sales performance, and building high-performing sales teams aligned with Klivvr’s growth objectives.
What you will do:
Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.Own the end-to-end B2B sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding.Identify new corporate partnerships and expansion opportunities across key market segments.Set clear KPIs, targets, and incentive structures for each sales channel.Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.Ensure strong coordination between telesales, field sales, and corporate sales to maximize conversion.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and productivity metrics.Optimize sales processes, scripts, and workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.Represent the sales function in cross-functional planning and leadership meetings.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales data and market trends.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Strong background in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in fintech, financial services, or telecom.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, BNPL, prepaid cards, or digital payments.CRM expertise.Prior experience scaling sales teams from early to growth stages.
