Position Overview
Professional responsible for the costing system of raw material inventory, finished product, as well as data analysis and generation of metrics in manufacturing area for decision making.
What you'll do
- Prepares budget of operational expenses and capital projects.
- Prepares forecasts of operating expenses and capital projects (Quarterly and annual)
- Accounting record.
- Costing of raw material and finished product.
- Analysis of variations: PPV, MUV, LUV.
- Analysis of BOM and Routings.
- Determination and analysis of monthly variations in operating expenses (OPEX)
- Determination of inventory rotation.
- Physical inventory coordinator (adjustments, accounting and analysis)
- Responsible for the cyclical counting area.
- Responsible for assigning categories ABC to SKU.
- Responsible for waste analysis (Scrap)
- Responsible for analysis of inventory variations.
- Creation and registration of obsolescence reservation.
- GEMBA to production floors.
- Analysis of raw material in coordination with manufacturing areas for disposal of obsolete material.
- Quantification of savings projects.
- Participates in engineering changes that affect material cost.
- Generation of metrics for management.
- Participation in tax audit for opinion.
- Monthly and annual accounting closing activities.
Who you are
- Professional career completed. (Accounting, administration, industrial engineering, business management, related career).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position, financial analyst.
- Experience in IMMEX companies.
- Experience in budgeting.
- Physical inventories and cyclical counts.
- Management of MRP / ERP system
- Knowledge in tax and legal legislation.
- Knowledge of NIF.
- Advanced English 75%-80% (Spoken and written)
- Microsoft (Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Database management.
- Basic knowledge of Standard Costing System.
- FIFO, LIFO.
- Elaboration of KPI.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Results oriented.
- Analytical capacity.
- Mathematical logical ability.
- Excellent communication.
