Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. We are hiring AI Strategists to do applied, analytical work at the front lines of how brands surface in AI systems.
We’re hiring a founding Creative Producer to help build and scale the creative engine at Profound. This is not a traditional producer role. You won’t just manage timelines, you’ll define how creative gets made here.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects: concept, briefing, production, editing, and delivery. You’ll partner directly with marketing leadership and founders to translate strategy into high-impact content across social, campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
You are both builder and operator. You have an impeccable eye. You shape the work, and you build the system that allows us to create consistently at a high bar. This role is for someone who wants to shape the creative DNA of a fast-growing company.
Architect the creative process: Design lightweight processes for briefing, planning, production, and asset management. Establish how ideas move from concept to shipped content.
Drive end-to-end creative projects: Lead projects from strategy to delivery. Clarify scope, define timelines, coordinate stakeholders, manage shoots, and ensure high-quality output.
Lead production: Organize and run shoots or creative sprints. Prep internal talent. Direct on set. Sit in working sessions. Ensure production days are efficient and high quality.
Edit & deliver (on time): Be hands-on in post-production. Create short-form, high-performing content optimized for modern distribution channels.
Raise the creative bar: Develop and protect a high standard for quality, tone, and taste. Push the team beyond generic B2B marketing.
Partner With revenue teams: Work closely with demand generation and product marketing to ensure creative supports measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Build for scale: As the company grows, help define when to bring on freelancers, agencies, or additional creative team members. Lay the groundwork for a future in-house creative team.
3–6 years of experience in creative production, visual design, social-first marketing, or startup design roles.
Comfortable operating autonomously with minimal structure.
Equally strong in creative thinking and operational execution.
Highly organized and systems-oriented.
Strong taste and clear creative point of view.
Skilled in short-form video production and editing (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
Comfortable in design tools like Figma and Adobe suite
Deep understanding of social distribution mechanics and performance-driven creative.
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $120,000 to $170,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks.
