About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Culture Manager who will be the heartbeat of our company across seven global sites. This person will ensure our values, engagement, and leadership mindset stay consistent — whether in Miami, Santo Domingo, or Mexico City.

This is not a desk role. It’s a field-facing, people-driven position for someone who loves to travel, connect with diverse teams, and bring our culture to life daily.

You Will:

  • Act as the culture ambassador, ensuring our values are visible and lived across all offices.
  • Partner with the Global VP of People to implement and sustain culture programs, events, and engagement strategies.
  • Visit each site regularly to evaluate culture health, engagement levels, and alignment with company values.
  • Design and execute recognition programs, cultural initiatives, and leadership touchpoints.
  • Lead internal communication efforts to reinforce purpose, recognition, and shared wins.
  • Partner with People Ops, Training, and Site Leaders to embed cultural consistency through onboarding and ongoing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics, employee feedback, and local site dynamics.
  • Be a trusted liaison between People leadership and regional teams — bringing forward on-the-ground insights.

Requirements

You Bring:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Culture, People, or Internal Communications roles.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills — you connect easily and build trust quickly.
  • Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different environments and team dynamics.
  • Passion for employee engagement, event execution, and community-building.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Creativity, high energy, and a hands-on approach — you make things happen, not just plan them.

You Are:

  • Energetic and adaptable — you thrive in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
  • Relationship-oriented — people open up to you easily.
  • Hands-on and proactive — you don’t wait for direction; you build and execute.
  • Culturally fluent — you understand how to adapt the same message across countries.
  • Independent yet collaborative — comfortable working closely with executives and site leaders.

Why This Role Matters

Our culture is our competitive edge. The Culture Manager will ensure that no matter where our employees sit — Miami, Santo Domingo, Mexico, or India — they feel connected to the same purpose, values, and spirit.

Benefits

  • Private medical insurance plan
  • Competitive salary + Performance Bonuses
