Opportunity to join an exciting fiber broadband start-up in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The individual will play a critical role in the team, effectively operating as the conductor of the orchestra! The role itself touches a number of different areas (we don't believe in putting people in boxes!), including customer operations, customer experience & installation scheduling. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. Manage the dispatching of field techs for installations and repairs Entering data necessary to the completion of the work order (i.e., equipment inventory numbers, arrival / completion times). Monitoring technician work progress vs. scheduled appointment windows. Collaborate internally with stakeholders to relay identified product improvements based on inbound inquiries
Qualifications & experience
Preferred bachelors degree, however not mandatory Past experience working in a call center / customer service representative Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups Proven track record of planning and executing on procedures and processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative
