Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a remote or virtual environment.

- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
